Question: Will you customize my program?
Answer: We feel that we have developed programs that are easily adaptable and customizable for general use. Unfortunately, we will not make custom versions of our programs. Customizing a program beyond the scope of the variables built into the system means that you cannot take advantage of our future upgrades and will void your eligibility for support of the product.
Our goal is to continue to enhance our programs based on comments and suggestions received from our clients. Very often, we implement those features and options asked for most frequently into the program so that all may benefit.
